Cracker Barrel was awesome! I got Chicken 'n' Dumplins with mashed potatoes, mac 'n' cheese and hashbrown casserole. I got some pictures of Katie and Mom on the rocking chairs.
'Tastes like chicken'...enough said.

North Carolina! No new cars in VA unfortunately. Only two more states before Atlanta! We have had a lot of fun taking pictures and singing. Just a precursor of events to come.

Just about to come to tje Virginia state line and we stopped at a rest stop. Felt good to stretch out and eat some walnut brownies. We also met a Dachshund/Pit mix named 'Macy'. She looked like a miniature of Dozer. She also was very well trained, and extremely sweet. We are making great time though. Cannot WAIT to get to Atlanta.

Going into West Virginia. We are counting state plates and having tons of fun. We also saw these people who are on a road trip. We saw them 3 times, and this past time they waved!

Here is what we brought, in terms of food: Quaker Granola Bars, Nature Valley Granola Bars, Chex Mix Bars, Tostitos, Bean + Cheese Dip, 2 Cans of Pringles, walnut + triple chocolate Brownies, Clover Valley cereal bars, single serving cereal, Little Debbie Brownies, candy from the mall and Skittles. Its gonna be a great ride :-) (Oh, and a bunch of drinks.)

Starting off soon. Leaving the house 9:54 a.m. E.T.A. : Sometime within the next week :-) Cruisin' in the Ford Taurus. Katie is the navigator (GPS + Atlas) Florida here we come!
What this is about
This is really just going to be a computerized version of what I had written down in my journal. It is going to cite the time, and then I will type up what I wrote. It will not be any certain order. I will post pictures that correlate to each post. I will also, for my own animal-passionate brain, be posting what animal we saw each day, and their scientific names.
